KING'S KIMCHI SPICED TOFU SALADAn exciting, tasty and decorative twist on an American Classic.
6 oz. (3/4 cup) King's Kimchi
8 oz. baked tofu
1 tablespoon firmly packed, chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon sesame or peanut oil
1 green onion (optional)
Unsalted roasted peanuts (optional)
- Cut tofu into 3/4" cubes.
- Slice Kimchi into 1/8"-1/4" strips.
- Julienne green onions into 1" lengths.
- Place all ingredients into medium sized mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly.
